The coaching can take a variety of forms:

• Focusing on leadership effectiveness in response to 360 feedback
• Addressing a specific concern of the person being coached,
• Coaching that includes observation and feedback on the specific skills presented in his book, Relationships That Work, Work That Matters

Coaching with Lee focuses on specific issues, a specific timeframe (usually about 6 months) and is always voluntary and confidential. Observation and feedback on progress being made during the coaching period is always provided.
